Dr. Nevers Mumba, and Zambia's former Republican Vice-President, has been appointed as the newest Zambian High Commissioner to Canada. Dr. Mumba takes over from Mr. David Saviye and is expected to resume his official duties in Ottawa on July 4, 2009.
